Peanuts Collectible Ornaments: A Collector's Guide to Identification
I started collecting Peanuts memorabilia over 40 years ago, but in 1979, concentrated my collecting to Peanuts ornaments.
For the past six years I have traveled extensively affording me the opportunity to meet many Peanuts enthusiasts. During my quest I have gathered information and taken photographs of thousands of ornaments. A common frustration expressed by many collectors was the lack of a book that allowed them to readily identify the ornaments that they had, and also show them the treasures that they had yet to find. So began my mission to write the definitive book that they were asking for – written by a collector for collectors.
The Peanuts Collectible Ornaments is a unique and comprehensive 432 page catalog of PEANUTS ornaments. This book includes the licensees, a brief history of the licensees, date sold, a photograph and a description of each ornament. The constantly increasing value of Peanuts ornaments makes it impossible to establish a price; therefore this is not a price guide.
I believe that this book will be helpful to all collectors. I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised and amazed as to how vast a collection can be.
